Because of the size of the studio we ask that no extra people, or children come along to your appointment.
No food or gum is allowed in the studio. We do understand some appointments are longer than others so a beverage with a closed top may be brought along.
I provide service for children 10 years old and older
Late: Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our stylist, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If an appointment is re-scheduled 3 individual times a deposit will be required to book again. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior may result in %50 of service fee charged on card on file
We understand that some may prefer to schedule appointments in person or over the phone. There will be a $25 deposit required to book an appointment outside of our online booking system. Some service may require a deposit at the time of booking.
No Show: In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to up to %100 of service no show fee. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
Our Service Guarantee: We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Salon Grit. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed.
Refunds: All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 24 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
