To ensure that your package is actually delivered to you, please double check and make certain that your billing, shipping, and email addresses are all correct and includes all required information.
Wild Tresses Hair Care will not accept nor assume liability nor responsibility for lost, misplaced, damaged, stolen, incorrectly delivered shipments, shipments that were not delivered &/or shipments delivered to the incorrect address including but not limited to shipping information being incorrectly entered. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier for packages that may have been lost in transit, misdelivered, or not delivered at all.
If your package is lost in transit, please note that it will be your responsibility as the customer to file a claim with the courier responsible for delivering your package.
Please allow 48 - 72HRS (excluding weekends & holidays) for all orders to be processed, once processed, orders will be shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS ONLY, barring any delays. We tend to ship orders sooner, however this is the standard timeframe for shipments to be processed.
